1992 Jiangsu Yinyang Gumbase Materials., Co., Ltd established in Wuxi.
2005 The plant moved to Jintan. A worldwide top class production base was founded.
2008 Joint-Ventured with Germany Yinji Group Limited.
2009 New Application of PVAC found as Low Shrinkage Additive.
2011 New Equipment & Technology imported from Germany to manufacture PVAC. Annual Production Capacity increased from 6000MT to 30,000MT.
